Can I put hot liquids in my PATH bottle?
No, we do not recommend you put hot liquids in our aluminum bottle as the aluminum can burn your hands if the liquid is too hot.
Can I clean my PATH bottle in the dishwasher?
No, PATH bottles are not dishwasher friendly. They are also not suitable for microwaving, cooking, freezing, or storing combustible liquids. Do not clean with steel wool, a stiff brush, or anything abrasive as these may damage the bottle’s inner coating.
How do I clean PATH bottles?

Does PATH contain any sodium or any other additives?
PATH only contains purified water with electrolytes for taste. (calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, potassium bicarbonate)
Why do our bottles need a thin plastic liner?
To prevent the aluminum from giving the water an off taste. To give you an idea, all aluminum cans have some sort of liner.
Are these plastic liners safe to drink from?
Yes, the plastic liner used in PATH bottles is completely food-safe and BPA-free. It is designed to protect the water while keeping it pure and free from any harmful chemicals.
Why are our bottle tops made out of plastic?
The plastic cap is more durable than the standard aluminum twist caps which provides increased reusability, and it’s made from the most recycled plastic type, polypropylene. The polypropylene cap is a temporary solution until our new safe & sturdy metal tops launch soon!
