1. Introduction

Welcome to PATH Water Bahrain. By using our website (“Site”) or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Site.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PATH Water Bahrain. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to anyone who visits or places an order on this Site. “Products” include all water bottles sold by us, including limited editions, collaboration bottles, and character bottles. “Order” refers to any request by you to purchase Products through the Site.

3. Order Acceptance & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase Products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Payment may be made through the payment options provided on the Site, including credit or debit cards, online payment gateways, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online transactions are processed through third-party payment providers, and we do not store complete card information. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices are displayed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and include VAT where applicable. Product availability may change at any time, and we reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any Product without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within Bahrain using our designated courier partner. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days. Any applicable shipping fees will be shown at checkout. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once the Product has been delivered.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns and refunds are only available for Products that are damaged or defective upon delivery. Such items may be returned within 1 day of receiving the order, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt. Exchanges are permitted within 1 day of delivery and may only be made for another item of equal value. To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us at info@pathbahrain.com or via WhatsApp at +973 66700055. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned Product. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is a result of our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including logos, branding (PATH), product designs, character bottles, collaboration artwork, images, text, and trademarks—is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Site or its content without our prior written consent.

8. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. Automated tools such as bots or scraping software are prohibited unless explicitly authorized. You must not interfere with the Site’s functionality or disrupt other users’ experiences.

9. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to the Site or Products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Product. We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or personal negligence.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PATH Water Bahrain harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, or disruptions to supply chains.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Bahrain.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates become effective upon posting on the Site, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. By continuing to use the Site after any changes, you accept the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full force.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PATH Water Bahrain regarding your use of the Site and purchase of Products.
